At Architerion Consulting, I take pride in our role as the Owner's Representative for my clients, which includes ensuring that all work is completed to the required standards and specifications before final completion is declared and final payments are authorized. To achieve this, I conduct regular site inspections to identify any incomplete or incorrect work and compile a punchlist document that details these items. The contractor is then responsible for completing these items to the satisfaction of the Owner and the Owner's Representative.
I also understand the importance of compiling and organizing important project documentation, including books of all applicable product manufacturer and workmanship warranties and all applicable operations & maintenance ("O&M") manuals for the end-user. These warranties and manuals are essential for ensuring that the end-user has the necessary information to properly maintain and operate the building, which can help to prevent costly repairs and ensure the longevity of the property.
In residential construction, I ensure that these materials are compiled and provided to the individual homeowner, the homeowner's association, and/or the property management firm, as appropriate, to ensure that they have the necessary information and support for the long-term care of the property. I understand that a building is a significant investment, and I am committed to helping my clients protect that investment by ensuring that all work is completed to the required standards and that all necessary documentation is provided for proper maintenance and operation.
