  • As an Owner's Representative, also referred to as a Project Manager, Architerion Consulting plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between owners and all other entities involved in development projects. My expertise in the acquisition,  design, procurement, and construction process ensures that all decisions are made with the Owner's best interests in mind. In addition, my extensive experience in real estate development allows me to effectively manage the entire development process and maximize my client's Internal Rate of Return ("IRR"). My knowledge and ownership experience allows me to provide creative solutions and solve problems that directly affect the bottom line.
